The Mill House, Butley Mills, Woodbridge.
Near Orford, Aldeburgh and Snape
A georgian house recently refurbished for self catering
holidays situated in peaceful surroundings overlooking reed beds
and tidal water to the east,the mill pond and meadows to the west.
Mill lane is part of the suffolk coastal cycle route and the suffolk
coastal path.

room, wc.
- First floor - sleeping 6 plus cot
- 3 bedrooms – king size bed, twin beds,
full size bunk beds
- Bathroom with wash basin & shower over bath,
separate wc., wash basin in bunk bedroom.

garden overlooking mill pond. Fishing

to secluded area overlooking the mill pond, also wc. And shower.

and enclosed garden alongside mill pond.

Both houses have satelite tv, dvd, oven with 4 ring hob, microwaves,
dishwashers,washing machines and tumble dryers, fridge freezers
and are fully equipped for self catering. All bed linen and towels
are supplied

The two houses can be interconnected for 12 plus cots
The whole site at butley mills can accommodate 30 plus cots
The “games room” provides tables and seating for 30
